Eurodrive Motor Finance has been established for 22 years and is one of the market leaders in the provision of motor finance products in the UK. Operating from offices in Cramlington and Cleckheaton, but with a national field force, we provide bespoke finance products and services to franchised and independent motor dealers across the UK.
Continued growth within our specialist Dealer Services division has resulted in a requirement for additional Customer Service Advisor to join this busy and vibrant department.

We're looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly and fast-paced team.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys speaking with people, solving problems, and being part of a supportive team that celebrates success together.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Being the first point of contact for customers via phone or email
- Underwriting customers finance applications, dealing with enquiries, and problem resolution
- Providing clear information about our products and services
- Turning challenges into positive customer experiences
- Working closely with team members to deliver outstanding service
- Keeping customer records up to date
What We're Looking for:
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude
- Great communication and people skills
- Someone who enjoys working in a team environment
- Problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
- Confidence using computers and basic systems
- Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential

The role is offered on a full-time basis, working Monday to Friday 9.00am - 6.00pm but with a requirement to work at weekends on a rotational basis. In return, we offer 25 days per annum holiday leave increasing with service, contributory pension scheme and, as a target driven business, we often reward our staff for team results with discretionary bonuses being paid on a quarterly basis.
