Job Title: Regional Account Manager - North Yorkshire

Role Overview
The Regional Account Manager is responsible for managing and growing key customer accounts across the assigned territory. The role focuses on developing strong relationships, increasing revenue, and identifying new business opportunities within existing and prospective customers. This is a field-based position with regular travel across the region.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop a portfolio of regional customer accounts
- Achieve and exceed monthly and annual sales and margin targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within the territory
- Build long-term customer relationships and act as the primary point of contact
- Conduct regular customer visits, reviews, and product presentations
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial agreements
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
- Maintain accurate CRM records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
- Collaborate with internal teams (operations, marketing, finance) to deliver customer solutions
- Resolve customer issues promptly and professionally

Monthly Bonus Scheme

Bonus earnings are uncapped and paid monthly in arrears, subject to company scheme rules.
Person Specification
Essential
- Proven field sales or account management experience
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
- Commercial awareness and financial understanding
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with strong time and territory management
- Full UK driving licence
