Eurodrive Motor Finance has been a trusted leader in UK motor finance for over 21 years. We provide bespoke finance products and services to franchised and independent motor dealers nationwide, supported by a strong national field force.
Due to continued growth within our Specialist Dealer Services division, we are looking for motivated and customer-focused customer service advisors to join our busy and vibrant team.
The Role
As a customer service advisor, you will play a key role in supporting our external sales team and building strong relationships with our motor dealer partners. You will manage finance proposals from start to finish, ensuring a high standard of service, accuracy, and compliance at every stage.
This is a varied, fast-paced role that combines customer service, analytical thinking, and collaboration with both internal teams and external finance providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the external sales team and act as a key point of contact for motor dealers
- Administer finance proposals from initial enquiry through to completion
- Liaise with associated finance companies to secure funding approvals
- Communicate finance decisions clearly and professionally to dealers
- Assess customer circumstances to identify suitable funding options
- Ensure all activity is compliant and aligned with Treating Customers Fairly principles
- Deliver consistently high levels of customer service via telephone and email
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
Essential
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer-focused with a professional telephone manner
- Results-driven, self-motivated, and organised
- Numerate and confident in decision-making
- Computer literate, including Microsoft Office and bespoke systems
- Highly motivated & ambitious individuals
- Educated to GCSE level (or equivalent)
Desirable
- Previous experience in motor trade and/or finance
Working Hours & Benefits
- Full-time role, Monday to Friday 9-6pm, with rotational weekend working
- 8 hours per day
