Role of Internal Sales

Internal Sales is a growing and increasingly important function within our business. Our internal sales Team are, essentially, Business Development Managers managing their relationships at distance. You are required to contact, present and generate new business from potential dealer introducers and you'll be expected to manage and grow a business relationship with that dealer without ever actually meeting them face to face. The success of the role is based on an ability to show persistence and dedication to excellent service and to conform with our compliance obligations and commitment to treating customers fairly. 

This is a challenging role but with high rewards for the right candidate. 

Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required:  

· Experience in account management/sales 

· Proven business development success 

· Ability to prepare and implement a territory sales strategy

· Performance driven with clear selling skills

· Must be able to demonstrate the ability to build long term sustainable relationships

· Excellent communication, influencing and negotiation skills

· Strong organisation and planning skills

· Strong team player

· Excellent interpersonal skills

The role is offered on a full-time basis, generally working Monday to Friday but with a requirement to work at weekends on a rotational basis. In return, we offer 25 days + bank holidays per annum holiday leave increasing with service, life assurance, contributory pension scheme and, as a target driven business, a highly rewarding pay plan.
