Finance Specialist - Salary £21 - £23K

  

Role of Finance Specialist

  • Your role as a Finance Specialist is to support our external sales team and liaise closely with our motor dealers (clients) to ensure we deliver the highest level of service and support. You will need to display excellent telephone and customer service skills whilst administering finance proposals from inception to completion. You’ll also be liaising with our associated finance companies in order to obtain finance approval for applicants and communicating the outcome to our dealers.

 

With our help and training, you will develop the ability to identify appropriate funding options for customers based on their circumstances and suitability, whilst maintaining an appropriate level of compliance and the company’s commitment to treating customers fairly. 


Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required: 


Essential – Good analytical skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, results-oriented, self-motivation, customer service focussed, numerate and computer literate, decision making, educated to GCSE level, proficient in Microsoft Office and bespoke software.


Desirable – Knowledge of the motor trade and/or finance.



  • The role is offered on a full-time basis, generally working Monday to Friday but with a requirement to work at weekends on a rotational basis. In return, we offer 25 days + Bank holidays per annum holiday leave increasing with service, life assurance, contributory pension scheme and, as a target driven business, we often reward our staff for team results with discretionary bonuses being paid on a quarterly basis.
