Role of Pay Outs Advisor

Your role as a Pay Out Advisor is to support our dealers (clients) and to ensure we meet and deliver the highest level of service in respect of paying out their deals. You will need to display excellent telephone and customer service skills whilst administering finance pay outs from inception to completion. You’ll also be liaising with our associated finance companies in order confirm the status of deals and addressing any issues that arise from time to time. This role demand high levels of concentration, attention to detail and a determination to problem solve.

 
Skills, Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience Required: 

Essential – Good analytical skills, attention to detail, strong oral and written communication skills, results-oriented, self-motivation, customer service focussed, numerate and computer literate, decision making, educated to GCSE level, proficient in Microsoft Office and bespoke software.
Desirable – Knowledge of the motor trade and/or finance.

The role is offered on a full-time basis, generally working Monday to Friday but with a requirement to work at weekends on a rotational basis.
